The Australian Braille Authority supports braille transcription in Australia through its Guidelines and workshops. Refer also to our materials on braille formatting and using the Duxbury Braille Translator. ABA recommends DBT for professional braille transcription, however Braille Blaster is the best software available for free.
For a list of organisations offering braille transcription services, refer to the ABA Directory of Braille Products and Services.
